Claims credits explained

The clinical platform is free. You pay only for the medical-scheme claims you submit, and you pay for them from a claims credit balance. - New practices start with R500 in claims credits. Credits never expire. - Each switched claim deducts the per-claim rate for your tier (published at iscript.live/pricing; SUMMIT practices pay R7.95 per claim). - Your balance and every deduction are shown under Billing in your tenant. - Top up by card or EFT from the same screen. Low-balance warnings are sent to your practice's billing email. If a deduction looks wrong, send us the claim reference and we will reconcile it against our ledger.

Modules, SUMMIT and invoices

Two optional modules are available, and neither is required to practise on the platform. - Website module, R699 a month: bookings, intake and payment wired to your diary. - Finance module, R699 a month: your books closed daily in ERPNext. You review, you do not capture. - SUMMIT, R1 199 a month: both modules together, R199 a month less than buying them separately. There is no minimum term. Module invoices are issued monthly to your practice's billing email. To add, change or cancel a module, email support@iscript.live from the practice manager's address.
