Every practice on iScript has its own address, for example https://yourpractice.iscript.app. Sign in there, not on the demo site.
Forgotten password
- Open your practice's sign-in page and click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address your practice manager registered for you.
- Follow the link in the email (check spam once; it comes from
no-reply@iscript.live).
Two-factor authentication
If your practice has enabled 2FA, you will be asked for a six-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. If you have lost the device, your practice manager can reset 2FA for you from Settings > Users.
